Miss Hudson, whom I refer to affectionately as Babyface, is reportedly having a baby of her own. I wish her the very, very best of everything.

Beatrice Arthur: One of a Kind

I learned very early this morning that Beatrice Arthur died of cancer at 86. She was an award winning actress, singer and comedienne. Her dry wit, independent spirit and impeccable timing made her a personal favorite of mine. As most of you know, one of my favorite movies is Auntie Mame, starring Rosalind Russell. In the second movie version of the Mame Dennis Story starring Lucille Ball and simply titled Mame, Bea Arthur was cast as Vera Charles in the best friend role. I always felt Beatrice should have been cast in the original movie. It would have made an excellent move perfect, I am sure.

Many of you know Arthur as the wisecracking Dorothy Zbornak of the Golden Girls. While I loved Dorothy and the rest of the cast, she will forever be Maude to me. It was one of my favorite sitcoms as a young child (far too young to be tuning in to such a controversial show), and it had a killer theme song to boot (yes, I do know all the words). Maude Findlay was fabulous, strong willed, and funny. Beatrice Arthur made it so. Rest in peace.

It wasn't his first time. He punched her. He bit her. He tried to choke her. He threatened to kill her. He tried to push her out of a moving car. He has shown no accountability. I won't say what I believe may be one thing that will stop this sleazy stupid punk, because it's likely I will be in jail for expressing a solution to the problem while he walks around scot-free.

He doesn't deserve a career. Right now he doesn't even deserve a happy life. I can't stand to look at him. If he were my son I would not uphold his actions. Then again, my son doesn't beat on people.

I wish Rihanna could know HE WILL NOT STOP. If he's sincere in seeking help, he'd ask for her support from afar while he gets it, so as to ensure he would not hurt her again. You know, because he loves her so much. Rihanna when a man loves you, he does not beat on you when you disagree. If a man is beating on you, he doesn't even like you!

Rihanna, you deserve so much more. I'm praying that you get it.

God, forgive me, but Chris, I pray you get yours, too.

Christian Bale - Do We Really Need This Guy?

First, he attacks his mother and sister. A few days later he screams at, curses, belittles and bullies the photography director for walking on set while filming, and turns on any and everyone who tries to calm him down. I know a crew member walking on set is a major flub, but Bale's over-reaction is a reflection of how big a jerk he is, and I'm being nice. I don't know who he thinks he is, but methinks he is a celebrity with average talent and not even average looks. Perhaps someone should take him aside and let him know that upgrading him would present very little challenge. While they're at it, they can explain karma to him, if they can get him to stop screaming and listen.
